First the good news: Royal Mail has finally sorted out its system to collect customs duties and VAT at the point of despatch - so fewer delays when the parcel reaches your country, while you pay those costs locally...

Unfortunately that means I have to pay those charges in addition to the usual postage. Therefore, where charged, I will send you an invoice for the additional import charges prior to despatching your order.
